For those requiring something a little more special...
DC's Downtown Countdown is offering an upscale, exclusive VIP ticket. Because of the popularity over the years, the VIP area will be expanded this year at the larger Washington Hilton. A limited number of tickets will be available and will sell quickly. The VIP area will offer a more upscale menu with the finest array of liquors, beers, wines and champagnes and a ratio or one bartender per every 50 guests....plus an extra hour of open bar (8pm-2am)!
The VIP ticketholder will also enjoy access to all entertainment in the general admission areas of the party, as well as their own private registration, will call and complimentary coat check. All VIP areas will offer full top shelf open bars and the upscale dinner buffets with heavy hors d'oeuvres past butler style, slider and carving stations. The VIP area will be located in 1/3 of the International Ballroom as well as occupy most of the balcony surrounding the entire ballroom. This will give VIP's a great sight line to the stage for all the band's performances .
ENTERTAINMENT
Imagine, at 8pm, the doors open, only for VIP's...you enter the party and walk down the stairs to find The Dirty Heads on stage performing a private acoustic set only for you! 25 minutes later you grab a top shelf drink, grab an appetizer and wait for Stephen Jenkins, from Third Eye Blind, to take the stage and perform a 30 minute acoustic set.

As a VIP, not only will you enjoy access to your own private areas, but you have the option to come and go as you please! Explore the party, see the bands, dance in Club '12 & then come back to the VIP area for a great drink and some upscale food.
